Accurately counting all undocumented immigrants is challenging as they are only able to count those who pay taxes, and it is mandatory to pay taxes regardless of immigration status. Independent organizations estimate there are upwards of 14 million undocumented migrants in the country. . Trump has made it clear that he wants to deport as many undocumented immigrants as possible, starting with those with criminal records; of the 11-14 million, only 425,431 immigrants are classified as criminals even if many of those offenses are minor infractions. . Immigrants are half as likely to commit violent crimes than native born citizens. They contribute more money in tax revenue than they consume in benefits. With deporting this many immigrants, there will be supply shocks cascading at every level whether you agree with it or not. . The good news allows us to bring Heaven down on earth; by loving people, being good at what we do, building up people and communities. That is what bringing heaven to earth looks like.
